At Cornerstone Golf TN, we ship quality golf simulator gear across the United States and offer local delivery and professional installation right here in Middle Tennessee. Because we're an authorized dealer for a range of brands, many items ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor — which means processing times, shipping methods, and delivery timelines can vary by product. This policy explains what to expect.

If you ever need an item by a certain date, reach out before you order and we'll give you an honest, realistic timeline.


The short version

  • Processing typically takes [1–3] business days; custom and made-to-order items take longer.
  • Small items ship by standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
  • Large items (enclosures, greens, complete packages) ship by freight and have special delivery steps — please read that section.
  • Local Middle Tennessee customers can choose local delivery and installation instead of shipping.
  • You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Order processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within [1–3] business days. Because items may ship from different manufacturers, a single order with multiple products may arrive in separate shipments at different times — this is normal and you won't be charged extra for it.

Custom and made-to-order items (custom-sized screens, custom greens, custom enclosures, motorized/adjustable greens, and complete packages) are built to order, so lead times are longer and vary by product. We'll give you an estimated build-and-ship timeline at the time of purchase.


Shipping methods & timelines

Parcel items (mats, accessories, screens, smaller components) ship via standard ground carriers and typically arrive within [3–7] business days after processing.

Freight items (enclosures, larger greens, motorized greens, complete simulator packages) ship by freight carrier and typically take [1–3] weeks depending on the product, the manufacturer, and your location.

All timelines are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and don't include the processing/build time above.


Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item, its size, and your location. [Optional: We offer free standard shipping on parcel orders over $[X].] Freight and oversized items may carry additional shipping charges, which will always be shown before you complete your purchase — no surprise fees after the fact.


Freight deliveries — please read

Large items ship by freight, and freight works differently than a normal package. Here's what to expect so your delivery goes smoothly:

  • Curbside delivery. Standard freight delivery is to the curb or driveway, not inside your home. Let us know in advance if you need liftgate service or have access limitations.
  • Delivery appointment. The freight carrier will usually call to schedule a delivery window — please make sure the phone number on your order is one you'll answer.
  • Someone must be present to receive and sign for freight deliveries.
  • Inspect before you sign. Check the packaging for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If you see damage, note it on the receipt and take photos before the driver leaves. This protects your ability to file a damage claim. (See our Return Policy for how damage claims work.)

Local delivery & installation (Middle Tennessee)

If you're in the Clarksville / Middle Tennessee area, you don't have to deal with freight at all. We offer local delivery and professional installation — we'll bring your gear, build it, and calibrate it for you. Choose the local install option at checkout or [book a free consultation] and we'll handle the rest.


Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking information. For freight shipments, tracking may update less frequently than parcel shipments, and the carrier will typically coordinate delivery directly with you. If you haven't received tracking within [X] business days, contact us and we'll chase it down.


Delays & backorders

Occasionally a product is backordered or delayed at the manufacturer, or freight carriers experience delays outside our control (weather, high volume, etc.). If your order is affected, we'll reach out with an updated timeline as soon as we know. We can't guarantee carrier transit times, but we'll always keep you informed.


Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or a shipment appears lost in transit, contact us right away at [you@cornerstonegolftn.com] or [phone] with your order number and any photos. We'll work with the carrier and manufacturer to make it right. For freight items, following the inspect-before-signing step above is essential to a smooth claim.


Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the [continental United States]. [Optional: We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations — contact us for a custom quote.] Local delivery and installation are available in the Clarksville and Middle Tennessee area.


Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and address corrections after shipment may incur additional carrier fees.
