Tell me the room and what you want out of it. I'll tell you on the phone whether it's realistic before either of us spends a Saturday on it.

I come measure
I show up and measure ceiling height, width, depth, and where the power is. You get a straight yes or no on the space — that day, not a week later.

I build it
Framing through finish. I'm the one on your job, with guys brought in when the work calls for it. Electrical and HVAC go to people I've worked with for years.

I set it up and show you how to run it
Screen tensioned, projector aligned, software calibrated. We walk the punch list together and I fix it before I call it done.
