Custom Golf Simulator Builds
This is what I specialize in.
I come from construction. Framing, drywall, trim. Building a simulator room is the same work — framing an enclosure, mounting it to something solid, running power to it, and finishing it so it looks like it belongs in the house.
Most simulator companies around here are AV companies that added golf. They know projectors. They hire someone else to do the framing and drywall.

Three ways to do it
You buy the gear, I install it. You've already got the equipment or you want to source it yourself. I handle the build and setup.
I supply and install. I'll help you pick equipment that fits your space and budget, then build the whole thing. Everything I'd recommend is in the shop.
Full custom. Designed and built from the studs, matched to the room.
Where these go
Garages — the most common spot around Clarksville. Ceiling height and the garage door track are usually the questions.
Basements — the best environment when the height works. Common around Hendersonville and Gallatin, less so here. If the basement isn't finished yet, that's a build-out before it's a simulator.
Bonus rooms over the garage — workable with planning around the slope and the noise carrying downstairs.
Shops and outbuildings — plenty of these on properties around Springfield and out in the county, and they make good sim rooms once they're insulated and conditioned.
