Event rentals · Middle Tennessee
Drop a golf simulator in the middle of your party.
Corporate events, fundraisers, weddings, birthdays, brewery nights. I bring the bay, set it up, and pick it up when it's over. Everybody swings, nobody books a tee time.

Best for a crowd that's watching, not just hitting
Straight with you: rentals go live the moment my insurance is in place, and I'm taking dates now on a first-come basis. I'm not going to take a deposit for a date I can't cover — call me and I'll tell you exactly where that stands.
The details
What I bring, and what I need from you
No surprises on the day. Here's the whole arrangement.
- I bring the whole setupEnclosure or net, mat, launch monitor, display and everything to connect it.
- I set it up before guests arriveYou're not standing around watching someone assemble a screen while people show up.
- I show someone how to run itOne person on your side knows how to change players and restart a round.
- I come back and pick it upNo hauling anything, no return trip on your end.
- You provide a standard outletNormal household power within reach of the setup.
- You provide the floor spaceI'll tell you the exact footprint for your package when you book.
- A doorway I can get it throughWorth measuring before the day — it's the most common snag.
- Indoors or under coverA pavilion, tent or open garage works. Open weather doesn't.
How a rental works
Four steps and none of them are yours
-
1
Tell me your date and your space
Date, rough headcount and where it's going. I'll tell you which package fits and whether the date is open.
Free
-
2
Lock the package
One number for the day, in writing. Setup and pickup are in it — they're not an add-on line.
-
3
I set up before the event
I arrive early, build it, test it, and walk one of your people through running it.
-
4
I come get it
After the event, on the schedule we agreed on. You go back to your life.

Rental questions
I'm taking dates now, and rentals start as soon as my insurance is in place. I'll tell you exactly where that stands when you call. I'm not going to take a deposit for a date I can't cover.
Depends on the package. The net setup needs the least, the projector setup needs the most — width, depth and ceiling height all matter. Tell me the room and I'll give you the exact footprint.
Under cover, yes — a pavilion, a tent, a garage with the door up. Not out in open weather. The screen and the electronics don't handle rain, and wind moves an enclosure around more than people expect.
That's usually the best part. Closest-to-the-pin and long-drive formats get non-golfers swinging faster than a full round does. Tell me your crowd and I'll suggest a format.
Same service area as everything else — about 90 minutes from Clarksville. Farther than that, call me and we'll talk about whether it works.
Yes — company nights, grand openings, charity tournaments and brewery promos are exactly what the bigger packages are built for.
