Turning a room into something
If the trim job is really the last step of a bigger idea — a basement you want finished, a bonus room you want usable — it's usually cheaper to plan the whole thing at once than to do it in pieces.

Framing for a golf sim or theater
A simulator bay and a theater room are both framing jobs with a screen at the end. If that's where this is heading, tell me now and I'll frame for it.

Probably not. A day of trim, one drywall patch, a door that won't close — those are jobs. Tell me what it is and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right call or whether you'd be better off with someone closer to you.
By the job, in writing, after I've seen it or you've sent me good photos and measurements. One number, not an hourly meter running while you watch.
