Tee Up without the worry of a subscription
It should feel like a round, not a screen. Ball flight

What it feels like

It should feel like a round, not a screen.

You walk up to the first tee at golden hour. Long shadows across the fairway, warm light in the trees. You hit it, and the camera chases the ball from behind and above, like you're watching it on TV. Spin works it, wind pushes it, and it lands, bounces and rolls on the real slope of the ground.

I've stood in a lot of simulator bays watching people get bored of their sim by the second month. I'm building the one they keep turning on.

  • Golden-hour light
  • TV-style chase camera
  • Real bounce and roll
  • Greens that break

What's in it

Here's what you're actually getting

No padded feature list. This is what's in the game right now, and what each part means when you're standing on the mat.

9 or 18 holes, played by the rules Course play

Play a real round

9 or 18 holes, played by the rules

Pick a course, pick your players and go. Real rules and penalties, a scorecard that keeps up with you, and a map of every hole so you know what you're aiming at. Out of bounds costs you. Water costs you. Just like Saturday morning.

A ball that flies like a ball Ball flight

The physics

A ball that flies like a ball

Every shot gets worked out from the real numbers: ball speed, launch angle and spin. Drag and spin shape the flight, wind pushes it around, and when it comes down it bounces and rolls on the actual ground. Uphill, downhill, sidehill. Hit a tree and it acts like it. Hit the flagstick and you'll hear about it.

Putting3

On the green

Greens you actually have to read

The greens aren't flat tables. They've got real slopes, so a putt breaks the way the ground tells it to. Read it, pick a line and live with it. I spent a lot of time on this part, because a putt that doesn't break right ruins the whole round.

Practice range4

Practice with a purpose

A range that tells you something

An open range for when you just want to hit balls. Drills for when you want to get better: distance control, shot shaping, chipping and aim. Every drill gives you a target and a score, so a practice session has a point to it.

Mini-games5

When friends come over

Closest to the Pin and Long Drive

Quick games for when the bay fills up on a Friday night. Line everybody up, take turns, settle it. Nobody has to sit through 18 holes to have a good time.

Shot data6

Broadcast-style screen

Everything you need to see, nothing you don't

Your numbers after every swing, a live map of the hole, where the ball landed and the yardage to the pin. It's laid out like a golf broadcast: clean, easy to read from the hitting mat, and out of the way of the shot.

Course builder7

Build your own

Sketch a hole. Then go play it.

This is the part I'm proudest of. Draw a hole, shape the land, plant trees, paint the fairway and greens, and look at it in 3D. Then tee it up and play it. If you've ever wanted to build your dream hole, or your home course, this is where you do it.

Worlds8

Around the world

Not every round has to be at the local muni

Play by the ocean on the beach, or down in a mountain valley with snow still up on the peaks. More of the world is on the way. That's where the name comes from.

And the rest

The little stuff that makes it feel finished

The stuff you don't notice until a sim doesn't have it.

Questions people ask

A Windows PC. A keyboard and mouse is all you need to start. A launch monitor is optional.

The launch monitor connection is built, and testing it on real hardware is a big part of this beta. I won't call a model supported until I've hit balls with it myself. Keyboard and mouse always work.

Yes, for the first 100 people who sign up. No card needed.

No. It plays fine on a regular PC with a keyboard and mouse. But if you want a bay to play it in, that's what I do for a living. See custom builds.

There isn't one. It's a beta, so some things will be rough. I'd rather hear about it from you now than find out later.
